Heath :: The First Three Months

Oh, my precious little boy! My, how you've grown! How is it possible that you're 4 months old now?

At one month old :: You were still so squishy & curly. You would only sleep in your Mumma's arms - you never left them. And you slept cuddled up to me in bed too. I wore you around in my wrap because if you were laid down you would just howl in pain. You were constantly feeding to try to get some relief but it turns out it made your pain worse. It turns out that you were suffering from Lactose Overload & we got that sorted out in your second month. You hated being naked & that included when you were having a bath or changing your nappy! You gave me the first of many many smiles & giggles.

Your favourite thing to do was :: cuddle with Mumma. 

Your favourite song was ::'Here Comes the Sun' by The Beetles(it was your song while you were in my belly.)

 You weighed :: 4.75kg

At two months old :: We spent some time at the Mother & Baby Unit in Mitcham Hospital. They helped sort out your tummy issues. You went for your first walk in your pram without screaming in pain. You slept in your cot for the first time. You still loved to be carried in your wrap - tied to your Mumma's chest. You loved it when when Mumma & Lily would sing your favourite song to you.Your smiles got bigger & your giggles got louder! You love going outside with Daddy. When Mumma leaves you with Daddy to quickly dash out to the shops you wake up - Daddy thinks you have Mumma radar! You're loving your baths these days & you have started having a bath with Mumma or Daddy & the girls. Your little curl that sticks up has become your trademark.You love rubbing your feet together! And you discovered your hands! You even managed to suck on your thumb a few times - turns out Lily had been trying to teach you how!

Your favourite song was :: 'I Can't Help Myself(Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch' by Jessica Mauboy. Try as I might, you were not a fan of the original!
You weighed :: 5.82kg

At three months :: You started moving & grooving! I'd put you down in one spot & find you all the way over somewhere else! You hit your straps with sleeping. You tried to sit up on your own - you must have abs of steal! You started 'talking' to us. We would have long conversations, particularily when I put you down in your cot to sleep! You love playing with your sisters - even if they are always carrying you around or putting their faces way too close to yours! They love you so much! You seem to love Nacho Libre & crack up when Mumma talks tou you in her Nacho voice - especially when I ask you if you want to play with your 'poopie(puppy!)'. After trying so hard to roll from your back onto your tummy & never trying to roll from your tummy to your back you finally gave in & went the easy route - rolling from tummy to back! You were baptised. You're starting to hold things in your hands. You really love to eat your hands & give Mumma drooly, face-sucking kisses! You enjoy eating Daddy's nose & pulling both of your sisters hair!

Your favourite thing to do :: play with your sisters, get tickles, eat your hands
Your favourite song was :: 'Lovely Love My Family' by The Roots(when they performed on Yo Gabba Gabba)
You weighed :: 6.16kg

We all love giving you way too many cuddles & kisses! Piper is like your second Mumma & I can just see that you & Lily will be partners in crime! We love watching you grow but you need to slow down kiddo! Mumma can't handle you growing up so fast! Love you always & forever baby boy xx
